Then, find the option called Windows Update and click on that.

This will then troubleshoot your computer and allow your Windows system to update. Anything that is preventing your computer from updating itself will be taken away.

Reset Your Computer

Sometimes, your PC can’t seem to get rid of whatever is preventing it from updating, you may need to completely reset your computer and start from scratch.

You should be given the option to keep your files but just in case you aren’t given this option, it’s always wise to back up your most important files ahead of time. So, you can click on the Keep My Files option button to save all of your important personal files.

The other option, Remove Everything, will delete them and they will be lost.

Windows will then give you the option to choose between reinstalling Windows through Cloud or through a local reinstall. You should choose Cloud download.

After this, your computer will reset and whatever was blocking your previous updates should now be deleted. Your Windows will update and reinstall itself onto your computer and you can go back to enjoying your PC with no more error messages!
