Recently, a huge number of online services have been hit with service issues causing them to go completely offline for large periods of time. This week, we’ve already seen the likes of Snapchat and even the behemoth that is Google take hits to their products, annoying users around the world.
Today, it seems like Instagram has joined that party once again with users reporting that Instagram is down.
As shown in the above DownDetector graph, there has been a huge spike in user reports that Instagram is offline. This means that you’ll likely not be able to see photos from your friend’s holiday or a dog doing some fancy tricks for a couple of hours.
Currently, it appears that Instagram is the only social network that is experiencing these issues with owner Facebook not being reported as going offline.
