The 11th of November marked the release of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy which took the old classic Rockstar titles and gave them a bit of a facelift graphically. While gamers around the world were highly anticipating to start their journey back in the city of Los Santos, it seems the dream has been cut short with the Rockstar Games Launcher being taken offline pretty much as soon as the remastered trilogy went live. Since then, gamers have been left in the dark and as anticipated, have taken to social media networks to vent their frustrations to the rest of the world.

However, the question is when will the Rockstar Games Launcher come back online? When will you be able to play any of your previously owned games? Let’s discuss.

Now, over 17 hours on, we’re sad to report that the Rockstar Games Launcher is in fact still down for maintenance. This means that any of the Rockstar games you own via their store cannot be accessed and you’re left twiddling your thumbs.

Naturally, this is leaving fans outraged, not only due to the fact that they can’t play any Rockstar titles that live inside the launcher but also because they’re having to wait even longer to simply play the classics once again. Additionally, the remastered games themselves have been taken down from the PC store completely which doesn’t exactly bode well for a ‘quick fix’.

We’ll continue to monitor the Rockstar Games Launcher situation and if/when it comes back online, we’ll be sure to update this page.
